art of walking upright
Colquhoun, Glenn
Notes
Glenn Colquhoun grew up 'looking over the fence' in the cultural melting pot of South Auckland. After working in several jobs he shifted to a remote part of the Bay of Islands where he stood 'on the other side of the fence' and learnt things Maori. These poems are about belonging, discovering a place to stand, finding what it means to be Pakeha and what it means to be human.Custom 2
