Harry is a cop and the biggest bane of his life is his partner, Connie. Her desk is messy and her attitude is sometimes casual. She says this is the 'Age of Chaos'.
When they have to take out a gunman in a restaurant and the shootout turns into a nightmare it seems to justify Connie's view of the world.
